Kate is also the Managing Partner of Design Sprint Academy in Scotland working closely with DSA HQ in Berlin with global organisations such as SAP, Roche Switzerland and Nexis Lexis.
Alisdair is recognised as one of Scotland’s leading tech & digital startup & scaleup experts and is instrumental in the scaling of Scotland's tech and digital economy.
In addition to providing 4_ttude with strategic advisory support, Alisdair’s expertise includes program design & management, tech ecosystem development and digital product growth.
Yvonne has gathered extensive experience in the management of clinical data which has afforded her the much sought after knowledge of clinical interdependencies that run alongside or are intertwined with the data protection & security requirements of medical data.
Today she is leading the data privacy & innovation division at 4_ttude with a focus on the provision of real-world, pragmatic solutions.
She is further functioning as trainer, workshop facilitator and tech stack auditor.
As founder and strategist at the Design Sprint Academy, John is helping organisations around the world use and adopt Design Sprints as an effective way to innovate.
Dana is the co-founder and Head of Training at the Design Sprint Academy who teaches business leaders from global organisations how to solve problems through Design Sprints.
By combining the experience from hundreds of sprints, with her natural empathy and a background in Psychology, Dana has created a unique approach to training future facilitators by helping them overcome common biases and pitfalls, boost their confidence and play to their strengths.
Nikki is the founder of Leeway, a collaborative working consultancy. Nikki developed Leeway as a modern community- based organisation: to work individually with clients or/and collaborating with others when a client needs greater or broader resources.
A certified professional facilitator with many years’ experience in guiding cultural transformation and performance management leadership, Nikki’s delivery of global high-potential development programmes on major capital projects sets her apart. She believes every human being deserves to feel truly seen and heard, one conversation at a time. Channelling this mindset into enabling organisations to build caring relationships is her superpower.
